About the event
The Succulent Terrarium Workshop gives you, as a Religious Affairs Airman, a simple and repeatable way to build connection and support resilience across the Wing. In this hands on session, participants learn to design, assemble, and care for a succulent terrarium while practicing low pressure engagement skills that translate directly to unit morale, relationship building, and outreach.
This workshop is designed to strengthen the social and mental fitness domains of Comprehensive Airman Fitness by creating a calm, welcoming space for conversation, creativity, and peer support. Previous sessions have proven especially effective, fostering connection, cohesion, and resilience among members while delivering a positive impact across the installation.
Religious Affairs Airmen can take this format back to their Wings as an easy to execute, high impact engagement tool that works well for small groups, open houses, and squadron level resiliency initiatives.
